We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
1. **Eligibility:** Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
2. **Non-returnable items:** Innerwear, accessories, beauty products, custom-stitched items, and clearance sale items.
3. **Exchange Policy:** We offer size exchanges based on stock availability.
4. **Refunds:** Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days post quality check.
5. **Return Process:** Email mailbox@rangva.com with your order ID, item details, and reason for return. Our team will guide you.
6. **Dispute Resolution:** In case of issues, customers can escalate to our grievance officer at mailbox@rangva.com.
